Bioderma H2O Sebium Makeup Remover

May 21, 2013

Hello people! I'm back with another review. Hope you're not bored of it. This time I'm going to review Bioderma Sebium H2O, function as make-up remover. Got this from my cousin some time ago cuz she said it didn't suite her dry-sensitive skin. . . while I actually have dry-sensitive skinwell anyway, since she said it didn't cause any breakout except made her skin more dry than usual, I'm not very doubtful to try it LoL, I'm too lazy to take care of break-out skin, pimple, white/black head eh!Plus, she said this one actually quite good like, it can swept the makeup easily even the heavy one. So, enough blably and chop to the review shall we

As you can see from the picture above it comes in a clear plastic bottle and aquatic chemical like liquid and I got the full size 500ml which too much for me who didn't use make-up everyday but if for you who use make-up everyday, it can last about 9months. Price for the full size product around HKD200+ which in my opinion quite good. To make it more clear I put my Samsung Galaxy Note1 beside the bottle and for the product contain it almost as tall as my phone (maybe around 9-10cm). The hole of the cap itself in my opinion, on the perfect size! not too big or small

Here's the ingredient and description of the product! This one definitely didn't suite my sensitive and dry skin. It didn't dry my skin so desperately tho but it depends, each people has different level of dryness and sensitivity, no? but from my experience I think it really suitable for combination and oily skin just like the bottle said, LoL. From the ingredient itself I only know perfume which no wonder I could smell something good from it. Not the sweet one, but something like the smell of clinic. To be honest I'm not very sure about the alcohol free, soap free and no colouring so I'll just let it be #iskick

Time to test it's removing power! I apply some beauty product on my hand. Hope it clears enough for you guys
(Left-Right)
Estee Lauder Crystal Lipstick - Estee Lauder Eyeshadow Duo - Za Blush On - Dolly Wink Liquid Eyeliner - Maybeline Falsie Mascara (waterproof) - Maybeline Lipbalm - Maybeline BB Stick

I pour around 2-3dots on my facial cotton, fold it into two part then press it so the liquid spread to the other area LoL. First swept and almost all the product I applied almost fade except Dolly Wink liquid eyeliner and Maybeline Falsie Mascara but then I could remove the eyeliner on third swept while for the mascara I need to rub it several times! #almostfliptable

But for definitely on the last result I remove all the make-up without leaving any on my hand except the unpleasant smell of my Dolly Wink eyeliner / Maybeline Falsie mascara. Does it dry my skin? A little, well, that mean my skin dryness level not as high as my cousin's #runs

Will I repurchase? YES. but for the Sensitive one. And why? I should agree with what my cousin told me, I remove the make-up easily and gentle. Y'know there's some other remover that after you use it, somehow you still can feel "Er... it looks clean but I don't think it cleans enough. I still can feel there's make-up on my face :|"

Oh, for those of you who want to try this, they also come in small size, more to travel size :) well, toodle~!
